Product description
Makrofol® DE 000000 is an extrusion film based on Makrolon, the High Tech Polycarbonate made by Covestro. It comprises all of the well known advantages of Poylcarbonate such as excellent mechanical and optical properties.
Makrofol DE 000000 types are available in various surface combinations and thicknesses as follows:
Makrofol® DE 1-1 000000 comprises excellent transparence combined with high optical quality.
The surface structure of Makrofol® DE 1-1 000000 is both sides gloss.
Both sides are masked with a protective masking as a standard.
It is available in various standard thicknesses from 125 microns to 1000 microns, other thicknesses on request.
Typical applications are name plates and panels.
Makrofol® DE 1-4 000000 is a translucent extrusion film.
The surface combination of Makrofol® DE 1-4 000000 is one side gloss - one side very fine matte. It stands out due to its good printing quality and formability.
It is suitable for High Pressure Forming process (HPF) and Film-Insert-Molding process (FIM). It is available in various standard thicknesses from 75 microns to 750 microns. Other thicknesses on request.
Typical applications are name plates and automotive control panels.
Makrofol® DE 6-2 000000 is a translucent film. The dazzle free and scratch resistant film has been developed especially for graphic applications and comprises an unique surface combination fine velvet-very fine matte.
It is available in various standard thicknesses from 50 microns to 750 microns. Other thicknesses on request.
Typical applications are instrument panels, displays, control panels, nameplates, dials, scales, LCD displays and automotive interior decoration.
Makrofol® DE 7-2 000000 is a translucent film. The dazzle free and scratch resistant film has been developed especially for graphic applications and comprises an unique surface combination fine velvet-fine matte.
As a standard Makrofol® DE 7-2 000000 is available in various standard thicknesses from 125 microns to 750 microns. Other thicknesses on request.
Typical applications are automotive interior decorations.
