Novel one-component waterborne hybrid for building product finishes
Bayhydrol® UA 2961
Bayhydrol UA 2961 is a solvent free one-component waterborne hybrid dispersion that provides increased productivity, fast hardness development and ease of use. This resin, developed to meet AAMA 615-20 specification, can be formulated at low VOC’s. Bayhydrol UA 2961 can be used in the formulation of ambient-cure or bake coatings for a wide range of rigid and flexible substrates such vinyl, wood, pretreated aluminum, fiberglass and other plastic substrates.

Bayhydrol® UV 2923
Manufacturers of kitchen cabinets and architectural doors desire robust, faster drying and improved block resistant waterborne UV curable pigmented coatings. Bayhydrol® UV 2923 delivers these key features, with the added benefit of excellent storage stability. Bayhydrol UV 2923 is a UV-curable polyurethane dispersion that shows fast water release and high chemical and mechanical resistance. It can be used in the formulation of aqueous UV-curing coatings, especially for application on wood/plastic materials.
