Dispercoll U 42 is an anionic high-molecular-weight polyurethane dispersion.
Dispercoll U 42 is a raw material for the formulation of adhesives for use in, for example, the furniture, automotive, shoe and construction industries. Due to the softness of the polymer film and elevated temperature performance Dispercoll U 42 is particularly well suited for the wet bonding of textile substrates. It has also found utility for a variety of film to film bonding applications.

Storage Conditions
Dispercoll U 42 should be stored in tightly sealed original containers and protected from direct sunlight, freezing, heat, and foreign materials. The product is sensitive to freezing. Freezing can damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may affect the product properties and possibly resulting in sedimentation or coagulation. Containers must be kept sealed and protected from direct sunlight as otherwise the evaporation of water will result in the formation of a non-redispersible polymer film. Recommended storage temperature is 5º-23ºC.
