Our design philosophy is simple. From initial concept to final launch, we keep regulatory compliance, customer needs, and sustainability front of mind.

- Performance: We both finetune our raw materials, and optimize our processes to keep them as efficient and local as possible. Innovating in this way helps us to combine performance properties in new ways to create a broad portfolio of tailor-made solutions for a wide range of applications.
- Ease of use: For time-critical construction projects and DIY coating, we offer solutions that users can handle and apply without specialist training. Crucially, we ensure that convenience doesn’t mean compromising on performance or durability.
- Sustainability: All our innovations are developed with circularity, improved sustainability, and future applications in mind. We aim to embed these properties into our solutions from the start, by adjusting our manufacturing process, using renewable electricity, and integrating alternative raw materials.

Desmodur® ultra E 14
Developed in response to high demand for solutions that support workplace hygiene, this TDI-based polyisocyanate contains less than 0.1% residual monomer content, which simplifies handling procedures compared to higher concentration alternatives.*
Desmoseal® S 60
With overnight water-based curing and an easy-to-apply, bubble-free formulation, this product combines excellent cohesive strength and good adhesion properties for the application of parquet flooring.
Desmodur® E 22000
Developed to provide a solution for sports flooring shock pad applications. Properties include slow curing via reaction with humidity in the air to maximize installation windows, lower water usage, and low viscosity for ease of application.
Desmodur® ultra N 7500 & 7600
Developed in response to the need for lower-viscosity solutions that still contain less than 0.1% residual monomer content and up to 70% bio-based content.
Bayhydur® ultra 312
Low-VOC, low-monomer hardener for waterborne two-component or standalone polyurethane coatings. Offers adjustable gloss levels for applications including top coats for self-leveling parquet floor coatings, as well as steel protection.
NeoCryl® HP-3000
Developed to meet the need for a safer, versatile resin that provides stain resistance in frequently cleaned areas, both indoors and outdoors.
Decovery® CQ 2110
Designed to meet the growing demand for lower-VOC coatings for wood flooring, while also offering 36% bio-based content and maintaining excellent resistance properties.
NeoPac™ HP-5081
Designed for wood, plastic, and tile primer applications, NeoPac™ HP-5081 offers strong stain and smell isolation and adhesion properties, without the need for cationic resins, zinc, or crosslinkers.
Decovery® CQ 8411
A partly bio-based binder that’s engineered for cost-efficiency, with the performance you’d expect from styrene-acrylic resins.
NeoCryl® CQ XK-298
A mass-balanced version of our self-crosslinking copolymer emulsion for exterior applications, developed to provide a more sustainable solution that didn’t require reformulating.
