Product description
NeoRez FL 4101 is an aliphatic waterborne urethane dispersion offering a unique combination of low slip soft-feel with low gloss coating for Flexible packaging
Applications
NeoRez FL-4101 provides rubbery feel effect and matte appearance, it is ideally suited for coating onto filmic substrates for post lamination processes. Good chemical resistances can be obtained when crosslinked with a suitable hardener.

Solubility / thinnability
NeoRez FL-4101 can be thinned with water.
Storage
The resin should be stored indoors in original, unopened and undamaged container in a dry place at storage temperature between 5- 40 °C. Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided.
Storage time
NeoRez FL-4101 has a storage period of 6 months following the day of shipment, provided the material is stored in sealed original containers at the recommended storage conditions. The lapse of the storage period does not necessarily mean that the product no longer meets specifications. However, prior to using the product, Covestro recommends to test the product to confirm if it still meets the specifications. Covestro does not make any representation regarding the product after the lapse of the storage period and Covestro shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the product failing to meet specifications after the lapse of the storage period.
