General Characterization
Dispercoll S 4020 is an aqueous anionic colloidal solution of amorphous Silicon dioxid.
Dispercoll S 4020 is intended as a component for waterborne polychloroprene adhesives based on Dispercoll C dispersions. The proper viscosity for a particular application can be obtained through the addition of Nano-Zinc Oxide to the adhesive formulation. These adhesive formulations will show improved moisture resistance and a higher heat resistance.

Storage Conditions
Dispercoll S 4020 should be stored in tightly sealed original containers and protected from freezing, heat, and foreign materials. The product is sensitive to frost and must not be stored at temperatures below 5°C. Frozen product is irreversibly damaged. Containers must be kept sealed, otherwise the evaporation of water or contamination will result in damage to the material. Recommended storage temperature is 10º-25ºC.
