Baydur® 18BD298N

BAYDUR 18BD298N pultrusion system is a liquid polyurethane system used for the production of polyurethane composites. The system consists of two components: Baydur 18BD298N and Desmodur 1511L. Baydur 18BD298N is a polyether polyol blend, while Desmodur 1511L is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate and its mixtures.

This system is specifically designed for the pultrusion process, and the pultruded products produced from it exhibit excellent performance: outstanding elongation at break, shear strength, and impact strength.
For any product, end users must conduct tests (including field trials) to determine suitability before applying the Baydur 18BD298N pultrusion system to a specific application.
