Pasquick® is the brand name for Covestro’s polyaspartic technology. Polyaspartics are a class of binders for high-quality, ultra-high solid aliphatic 2K topcoats based on the Desmophen® NH and Desmodur® N product groups.

Since Pasquick®-based coatings cure as quickly at ambient temperatures as standard systems do at high temperatures, they are ideally suited to boosting the process efficiency of painting operations for large ACE equipment and other metal parts.

Fast drying at room temperature also means energy consumption is lower because no stoving in a curing oven is required. Not only does this reduce costs and CO2 emissions versus traditional epoxy or PUR systems, but it can also help your customers profit from greater flexibility and avoid bottlenecks in the paint shop.

Making film builds up to 35% thinner

The new Pasquick® system means users can reduce the film build by up to 35%, while retaining a comparable high performance.
