Our Ultra line crosslinkers for polyurethane coatings and adhesives represent our ongoing commitment to product excellence and leadership in industrial hygiene. With a residual monomer content below 0.1%, Ultra line products support workplace safety. Under current EU REACH Regulation (Entry 74 of Annex XVII), products with a monomeric diisocyanate content below 0.1% are subject to different regulatory requirements, thereby simplifying certain compliance procedures for manufacturers.

Regulatory compliance
Under REACH restriction Annex XVII, entry 74, it is mandatory for safety training to be completed before first use of polyisocyanate products containing free diisocyanates at concentrations of 0.1% or higher.
While our Ultra line products reduce diisocyanate exposure, appropriate workplace conditions and worker awareness of spray-specific hazards remain essential safety requirements.
