Product description
Imprafix AH is a waterbased cosolvent-free blocked aliphatic isocyanate. It is highly reactive after deblocking and shows good thermostability.

Storage
Imprafix AH should be stored in tightly sealed original containers and protected from moisture, heat, and foreign materials. Recommended storage temperature is 5º-23ºC.
Storage time
Imprafix AH has a shelf life of six months from date of receipt at customer, provided the material is stored in sealed original containers at the recommended storage temperature.
Processing
Imprafix AH can be thinned with water. The compatibility and storage stability of the thinned solutions should always be tested, particularly if cosolvents are used. For additional crosslinking of waterborne PU dispersions 3 to 5 ppw Imprafix AH is recommend calculated on delivered form. There is no limitation in potlife. For a proper deblocking a temperature of 130°C for 2 minutes is recommended.
