General Characterization
Anionic, high molecular weight polyurethane dispersion.
Dispercoll® U 84 is a raw material for the production of water-based contact adhesives for 2-component spray coagulation processes, in which the joining process takes place wet and immediately after application of the adhesive polymer, for example for foam bonding application. Furthermore Dispercoll® U 84 is suitable for the production of water-based thermally activated adhesives.

Storage Conditions
- Storage in original sealed Covestro containers.
- Recommended storage temperature: 5 - 23 °C, temperatures higher than
30 °C should be avoided.
- Protect from direct sunlight, frost, heat and foreign material.
General information: The product is sensitive to frost. Freezing can damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may affect the product properties and possibly resulting in sedimentation or coagulation.
Containers must be kept sealed and protected from direct sunlight as otherwise the evaporation of water will result in the formation of a non-redispersible polymer film.
Contamination with certain bacteria, fungi or algae may render the product unusable.
