General Characterization
Anionic high-molecular-weight polyurethane dispersion.
Dispercoll® U 2849 is a waterborne dispersion of a anionically modified polyurethane. It is an adhesives raw material for the formulation of adhesives for use in e.g. the furniture-, automotive- and shoe-industries. Due to the characteristic polymer properties Dispercoll® U 2849 is suitable for adhesive applications with improved climate resistance.

Storage Conditions
- Storage in original sealed Covestro containers.
- Recommended storage temperature: 5 - 23 °C, temperatures higher than
30 °C should be avoided.
- Protect from direct sunlight, frost, heat and foreign material.
General information: The product is sensitive to frost. Freezing can damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may result in a decrease of viscosity.
Containers must be kept sealed and protected from direct sunlight as otherwise the evaporation of water will result in the formation of a non-redispersible polymer film.
Contamination with certain bacteria or fungi may render the product unusable.
