General Characterization
Aqueous polyurethane dispersion.
Dispercoll® U 1868 PLUS is an anionic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It is a raw material in the formulation of adhesives for application in e.g. the shoe, furniture, and automotive industries.
Its characteristic polymer properties make Dispercoll® U 1868 PLUS particularly well suited for heat-activated bonding applications with excellent anti-hydrolysis resistance, heat resistance, and initial tack.

Storage Conditions
- Storage in original sealed Covestro container.
- Recommended storage temperature: 15- 30 °C.
- Temperatures higher than 30 °C should be avoided.
- Protect from direct sunlight, frost, heat, and foreign material.
General information: The product is sensitive to temperatures below +10°C. Temperatures below +10°C may damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may affect the product’s properties. Containers must be kept sealed and protected from direct sunlight otherwise the evaporation of water may result in the formation of a non-redispersible polymer film.
