Baymedix AP536 is an aliphatic polyisocyanate (low viscosity HDI trimer)
Storage Conditions
- Store in original sealed Covestro container.
- Recommended storage temperature: 0° - 30° C (32° - 86° F)
- Protect from moisture, excessive heat and foreign material contamination.
General information: This product is reacts readily with moisture to form carbon dioxide and insoluable ureas. Therefore the containers must be kept tightly closed when not in use. Water in any form (atmospheric humidity, water-containing solvents, wet containers) must be denied access or a dangerous build-up of pressure from carbon dioxide build up can occur. Storing this material at higher temperatures will result in an increase of color and viscosity. Storing at significantly lower temperatures may result in solidification, but is reversible by briefly heating the product without adverse effects.
