Product description
Baycoll® AV 2113 is a highly branched polyester polyol that is suitable for combination with Desmodur® in the formulation of adhesives with a low solvent content.
Applications
Baycoll® AV 2113 can be combined with various Desmodur® products to formulate adhesives for many different materials, e.g. wood, metal and plastic. Baycoll® AV 2113 is suitable for use in the formulation of reactive adhesives with a low solvent content. Any crystalline deposits can be eliminated without any detrimental effect on quality by heating to 50 °C.
Baycoll® AV 2113 can be thinned with solvents such as esters, ketones and aromatics. Only PU grade solvents should be used (< 0.05 % by wt. water).

Storage time
Covestro certifies that the product meets specifications for 9 months from the date of shipment, provided it is stored and handled in accordance with the conditions specified in the ‘Storage’ section. After this period, product performance is not assured; Customers are responsible for retesting material before use. Covestro assumes no liability for product performance after 9 months.
