Web-based Cool Tool application makes the challenging process of optimizing a mold cooling system faster and easier. Users input basic information about the part and cooling system geometry, and the application calculates feedback to guide the cooling system design.
The Cool tool calculates mean cavity wall temperature, water temperature and the distance needed between the cooling channel and cavity wall.
