General Characterization
Anionic high-molecular-weight polyurethane dispersion. Using renewable feedstock attributed via mass-balance (ISCC PLUS certified).
Dispercoll® CQ U 56 is a raw material for the formulation of thermally activated adhesives for use in, for example, the automotive, furniture, shoe and construction industries. Dispercoll® CQ U 56 is particularly well suited for applications with low thermal activation temperatures and is therefore particularly well suited for use on temperature-sensitive substrates.

Storage Conditions
- Storage in original sealed Covestro containers.
- Recommended storage temperature: 5 - 23 °C, temperatures higher than
30 °C should be avoided.
- Protect from direct sunlight, frost, heat and foreign material.
General information: The product is sensitive to frost. Freezing can damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may affect the product properties and possibly resulting in sedimentation or coagulation.
Containers must be kept sealed and protected from direct sunlight as otherwise the evaporation of water will result in the formation of a non-redispersible polymer film.
Contamination with certain bacteria, fungi or algae may render the product unusable.
