General Characterization
Baytec RTC-V85 Component A is a four component, 100%-solid rotational casting system, which can make urethane elastomers in a range of hardness (72 to 93 Shore A).
Storage Conditions
Isocyanate Component A — The MDI isocyanate component is sensitive to moisture. Original containers must be kept tightly closed to prevent contamination with moisture and other foreign substances, which can adversely affect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 60°F to 95°F (15°C to 35°C). Shelf life is 6 months from date of receipt when stored in closed, original containers at 77°F (25°C).
Polyol Component B: — The polyol component is hygroscopic, and containers must be kept closed to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely affect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 60°F to 110°F (15°C to 43°C). Shelf life is 6 months from date of receipt when stored in closed, original containers at 77°F (25°C).
Polyol Component C: — The polyol component is hygroscopic, and containers must be kept closed to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely affect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 60°F to 110°F (15°C to 43°C). Shelf life is 6 months from date of receipt when stored in closed, original containers at 77°F (25°C).
Polyol Component D: — The polyol component is hygroscopic, and containers must be kept closed to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely affect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 60°F to 110°F (15°C to 43°C). Shelf life is 6 months from date of receipt when stored in closed, original containers at 77°F (25°C).
Polyol Component B: — The polyol component is hygroscopic, and containers must be kept closed to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely affect processing.
