This product is a self-crosslinking UV curing polyurethane dispersion that shows very fast water release and high chemical and mechanical resistance, even under mild UV curing conditions. Product can be used even without UV curing or reduced amount of photoinitiator.

Storage Conditions
Bayhydrol CQ UV 2877 should be stored in tightly sealed original containers and protected from intense radiation (light, UV), freezing, heat, and foreign materials. The product is sensitive to freezing. Freezing will damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may result in an increase of average particle size, risk of sedimentation, risk of pH-drift and ultimately coagulation. Even though the product is stabilized by a biocide, contamination with certain bacteria, fungi or algae may render the product unusable. Recommended storage temperature is 5º-30ºC.
