Applications
Desmodur PUL 10PL02 is a liquid mixture of diphenylmethan-4,4'-diisocyanat (MDI) with isomers and homologues of higher functionality. It is used in conjunction with polyetherpolyols and additives for the production of fiber reinforced profiles in the pultrusion process.

Moisture access should be prevented.

Storage
Drums should be protected against strong sunlightRecommended storage temperature: 20 - 40 °CShelf life (ex works): 180 days if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containersPartially used containers should be tightly resealed due to the hygroscopic nature of the product.
Processing
The recommended temperature for processing is 20 - 25 °C.The viscosity of the Desmodur PUL 10PL02 increases with the storage time. This viscosity increase does not limit the processability of the product according to our experience.Desmodur PUL 10PL02 can partly cristallize at a temperature below 15 °C. The product can be heated for a short period of time at a temperature under 70 °C in order to make it liquid again. Under such conditions, the solid content of the product can become higher.
