General Characterization
Mondur TDS Grade II is a high 2,4-isomer toluene diisocyanate.
Storage Conditions
Mondur TDS Grade II must be stored in tightly closed containers and protected from moisture and foreign materials. TDI will react slowly with water to form polyureas and liberate carbon dioxide gas, which may cause sealed containers to expand and rupture. Storage temperatures should be controlled at 26° to 43°C (79° to 110°F) to maintain product quality. For extended periods, it is recommended that a temperature range of 25° to 35°C (77° to 95°F) be maintained.
The shelf life is twelve months after receipt of material by customer, when stored in sealed original containers under conditions stated above.
