General Characterization
Anionic polyurethane dispersion.
Dispercoll® U 98 is a waterborne dispersion of an anionically modified polyurethane. Its characteristic polymer properties make Dispercoll® U 98 particularly well suited for heat activated bonding applications with good initial bonding and excellent initial/final heat resistance. It is an adhesives raw material for the formulation of adhesives for use in e.g. the shoe, furniture or automotive industries.

Storage Conditions
.-Storage in original sealed Covestro container.
-Recommended storage temperature: 15 - 25 °C, temperatures higher than 30 °C should be avoided.
- Protect from direct sunlight, frost, heat and foreign materia.
General information: The product is sensitive to frost. Freezing can damage the product irreversibly. Prolonged storage at higher temperatures may affect the product properties and possibly resulting in sedimentation or coagulation. Containers must be kept sealed and protected from direct sunlight as otherwise the evaporation of water will result in the formation of a non-redispersible polymer film. Contamination with certain bacteria, fungi or algae may render the product unusable.
