Desmomelt® U 320 F

Aliphatic high-molecular-weight polyester polyurethane. Desmomelt® U 320 F is a particularly fine powder for the production of non-yellowing, thermally activated hot melt adhesives. Desmomelt® U 320 F is well suited for applications with low thermal activation temperatures, such as automotive, textile, footwear and furniture applications. With Desmomelt® U 320 F, fast and environmentally friendly lamination processes can be realized, e.g. by powder scattering, which require particularly small particle sizes. Desmomelt® U 320 F has very good adhesion to textile substrates and to a variety of other materials such as soft PVC, rubber, wood, polyurethane elastomers.

Storage Conditions

Recommended storage temperatures: Temperatures higher than 30 °C should be avoided. Temperatures above 45 °C will lead to caking. Protect from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and foreign material.
