Baytec SPR-186A is a two-component 100%-solids spray system with a Shore A hardness of 86*.
Storage Conditions
Isocyanate Component: The MDI isocyanate component is sensitive to moisture. Original containers must be kept tightly closed to prevent contamination with moisture and foreign materials, which can adversely effect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 68°F to 86°F (20°C to 30°C). Shelf life is 6 months after receipt of product by customer, when stored in closed, original containers at 77°F (25°C).
Polyol Component: The polyol component is hygroscopic and containers must be kept closed to prevent absorption of moisture, which can adversely effect processing. Recommended storage temperature is 68°F to 122°F (20°C to 50°C). Shelf life is 6 months, when stored in closed containers at 77°F (25°C).
