Polyol formulation intended for processing with isocyanates to produce visco-elastic moulded polyurethane foam with slow recovery after compression. Potential fields of application are mattresses and cushioning for the furniture industry.
Storage Conditions
Storage temperature: 20 - 25 °C Shelf life: 3 months in sealed drums
Drums and storage vessels must always be kept closed to prevent moisture or damp air from getting in. M1 boiler plate has proved to be a suitable material for intermediate storage tanks, and normal carbon steel for the pipes and valves. On no account should the product be allowed to come into contact with non-ferrous metals, lubricating oils or greases in the tanks and pipes, because these substances can affect both the processing and the properties of the end product.
