AgiSyn™ 2823 (BPADA 30EO) is a highly ethoxylated di-functional reactive diluent for inks and coatings cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). The high ethoxylation provides influence on the hydrophilicity (and water solubility) of the final formulation.
