Baydur VP.PU 60IK20 is a polyole formulation which is reacted with various Desmodur® types by the RIM method to produce moldings in the 500 to 700 kg/m3 range.
The addition of suitable flame retardants yields the mold-foamed reaction products Baydur 66FR, Baydur 66FR-1 and Baydur 60 FRS.
The ready-to-use polyole formulation contains neither fillers nor CFCs.

Storage Conditions
Drums should be protected against strong sunlight and always kept sealed to protect the contents from moisture or damp air.
Recommended storage temperature: 23 - 35 °C
Shelf life (ex works): 180 days if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containers
Material which has been stored must be thoroughly homogenised by stirring before it is processed.
