Impranil® DL 1545 has excellent bonding properties on many synthetic and natural materials. For heat activation bonding application with Impranil® DL 1545, a bond line temperature in the range of 80-100°C or even higher is recommended to allow the dried adhesive to be fully activated for bongding. The actual temperature needed for specific application will depend on the time in press, the pressure applied and the substrates being bonded
