Baytec ENC-55P is a 450-molecular-weight polyether triol containing trimethylolpropane (TMP).
Applications
Baytec ENC-55P is a 450-molecular-weight polyether triol containing trimethylolpropane (TMP). This polyol is typically used in combination with Baytec ENC-88 isocyanate and Baylith® T or L Paste to produce solid polyurethanes with a heat deflection temperature of 70°C (158°F). Typical applications include battery sealing, cable joint sealing, and encapsulation of electrical components. As with any product, use of Baytec ENC-55P polyol in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.

Storage
Baytec ENC-55P polyol is slightly hygroscopic and may absorb water. Containers should be kept tightly closed and protected from contamination with moisture and foreign materials, which can adversely affect processing. Recommended storage temperatures are between 15°C and 49°C (60°F and 120°F).
