Product description
Bayhydrol XP 7110E is an OH-functional polyurethane dispersion dissolved in water/n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone.
Applications
Bayhydrol XP 7110E is commonly used as the reaction partner for Bayhydur® polyisocyanates in two-component waterborne polyurethane low VOC coatings. Coatings based on Bayhydrol XP 7110E and Bayhydur polyisocyanates possess high gloss, and good chemical and abrasion resistance. These coatings also have good film flexibility while maintaining a high degree of hardness. As with any product, use of Bayhydrol XP 7110E dispersion in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.

Storage
Bayhydrol XP 7110E should be stored in tightly sealed original containers and protected from freezing, heat, and foreign materials. The containers must be tightly closed to prevent the evaporation of water. In order to maintain product uniformity, protect from freezing. Recommended storage temperature is 5º-50ºC.
Storage time
Bayhydrol XP 7110E has a shelf life of six months from date of receipt at customer, provided the material is stored in sealed original containers at the recommended storage temperature.
