Product description
Impranil® HS 1062 is a solvent free polyol for the production of polyurethane products. Impranil® HS 1062 is suitable in transfer coating for the production of intermediate coatings (compact or foamed) and as an adhesive coating.

Storage
- Storage in original Covestro container.- Recommended storage temperature: 10 - 35 °C.- Protect from frost, heat and foreign material.General information: The product has a melting range between 10 and 30 °C. Thus, it slowly solidifies when stored at room temperature. We recommend short-term heating to 80 °C prior to use to fully liquify the product. Uncomplete melting can effect the properties of the coating. Some cloudiness may persist even after heating but has no detrimental effects on performance.
Storage time
Covestro represents that, for a period of six months following the day of shipment as stated in the respective transport documents, the product will meet the specifications or values set forth in section "specifications or characteristic data" above, what ever is applicable, provided that the product is stored in full compliance with the storage conditions set forth in and referenced under section "storage" above and is otherwise handled appropriately.The lapse of the six months period does not necessarily mean that the product no longer meets specifications or the set values. However, prior to using said product, Covestro recommends testing such a product if it still meets the specifications or the set values. Covestro does not make any representation regarding the product after the lapse of the six months period and Covestro shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the product failing to meet specifications or the set values after the lapse of the six months period.
Processing
Other additives such as dyes, flame retardants or foaming agents can be added without any problems after the blending of the Imprafix IO 3330.
Mix the components well in the given order with constant stirring. When preparing the paste, a temperature of 40°C should not be exceeded. The paste has a pot life of at least 3 hours. It is recommended to vent the coating paste before processing.

The data given below are average values measured in approx. 0.2 mm transparent films of Impranil® HS 1062, Films are made with the basic Recipe *These values provide general information and are not part of the product specification.
