Applications
Bayfill 53IF71U Comp B is a ready-for-use polyether polyol formulation for theproduction of semi-rigid polyurethane filling foams (Bayfill).It can be reacted with Desmodur® 58IF11 to produce protective padding,instrument panels and centre consoles etc. for the automotive industry.Before processing this product you are advised to contact PU-ApplicationDevelopment for more detailed information.
Sampling
Moisture access should be prevented when taking product samples.The product should first be thoroughly homogenized.
Storage
Drums should be protected against strong sunlight and always kept sealed toprotect the contents from moisture or damp air.Recommended storage temperature: 20 - 30 °CTemporary fluctuations in temperature (e.g. during delivery) have no adverseeffect on product quality.Shelf life (ex works): 180 days if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containers
