“Cast polyurethane (PU) cannot conduct temperature” - “PU elastomer has too high resistivity” – “MDI cannot replace TDI: process & properties do not match expectations.” Why not? While looking at specific properties such as bio resistance, flame retardancy, conductivity, cast PU pushes boundaries and becomes a great competitor of established materials. Enter new applications - in Industries historically not specialized in Cast PU – turns real. Our approach to enlarge our eligible portfolio to extended extreme conditions will be introduced, and show how we could – with newly innovative systems – be qualified for industry specific standards, from both safety or performance point of view. The presentation will offer solutions to transform Cast PU properties
