BAYMER® P1018 is a formulated polyol that forms together with the isocyanate DESMODUR® 44V20L, a rigid polyurethane foam. The main use of this system is for filling insulating sandwich panels produced discontinously.
BAYMER® P1018 contents all necessary aditives and auxiliaries for the foam productions except for the blowing agent.
When correctly processed, rigid polyurethane foams based on polyol BAYMER® P1018 can achieve the reaction to fire classification: self-extinguishing according to the foam flammabilty test UNE 53127:2002.

If stored at a temperature between 15 and 25 ºC and protected against moisture, in closed packaging the product will remain stable for 3 months after delivery.
