General Characterization
Arcol® Polyol HS 100 is the secondary polyol in the Ultracel® technology for high resilience (HR) slabstock foam to provide additional loadbearing properties to Ultracel® 2009 polyol based foams.
Arcol® Polyol HS 100 is an inactive polyether polyol modified with a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) polymer with a solid content of approx. 45 % by weight.
It is specifically designed for increasing loadbearing properties of high resilience slabstock foams based on Ultracel® 2009. Up to 50 parts can be blended with Ultracel® 2009, in order to achieve HR foams with enhanced hardness.
Arcol® Polyol HS 100 can also be used for the production of conventional slabstock foams with very high loadbearing properties.

Storage Conditions
Recommended storage temperature (°C): 10 - 35.
Shelf life (ex works)
12 months if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containers.
Partially used containers should be tightly resealed due to the hygroscopic nature of the product.
Recommended temperature for processing (°C): 20 - 25.
