Bayhydrol® UH 2592 Bayhydrol® UH 2592
Bayhydrol® UH XP 2592 is a water-based polyurethane sealer technology for concrete pavers. This dynamic resin can be used to create one-component (1K) formulas that offer excellent chemical resistance, outstanding weatherability, color-enhancing aesthetics, and enhanced durability compared to other solvent-based technologies. For more information on Bayhydrol® UH 2592, please contact Steven Reinstadtler. -
Bayhydrol® UH 2874 Bayhydrol® UH 2874
Bayhydrol® UH 2874 is an innovative, bio-based polyurethane dispersion that is especially suited for site-applied wood floor coatings. This resin creates easy-to-use, one-component (1K) wood coatings with the durability and stain resistance of two-component (2K) systems – all achievable with 49% bio-based content. For more information on Bayhydrol® UH 2874, please contact Steven Reinstadtler. -
Bayhydrol® A 2846 for Industrial Coatings Bayhydrol® A 2846 for Industrial Coatings
Bayhydrol® A 2846 is a waterborne, self-crosslinking hydroxyl functional polyacrylic dispersion used to formulate incredibly versatile low-VOC primers and top coats. This fast-drying dispersion offers excellent chemical resistance, corrosion protection, and great adhesion to multiple substrates including wood, pre-treated metal, and glass. It can also be used as a blending partner to improve dry time and film hardness in combination with waterborne polyurethane dispersions, and its self-crosslinking nature and OH functionality allows it to be formulated into both 1K and 2K coatings to meet a wide variety of needs. For more information on Bayhydrol® A 2846 for industrial coatings, please contact Andrew Birnie. -
Bayhydrol® A 2846 for Concrete Flooring Bayhydrol® A 2846 for Concrete Flooring
Bayhydrol® A 2846 is also well-suited for concrete flooring applications. Benefits like excellent chemical resistance, corrosion protection, and fast dry make it a great choice for concrete floor primers. It can also be used as a blending partner to improve dry time and film hardness in combination with waterborne polyurethane dispersions, and its self-crosslinking nature and OH functionality allows it to be formulated into both 1K and 2K coatings to meet a wide variety of needs. For more information on Bayhydrol® A 2846 for concrete flooring applications, please contact Steven Reinstadtler. -
Bayhydrol® and Bayhydur® for high-performance floor coatings Bayhydrol® and Bayhydur® for high-performance floor coatings
Our portfolio of Bayhydrol® and Bayhydur® products are ideal for formulating high-performance, two-component (2K) waterborne polyurethane floor coatings. They offer a number of benefits including excellent durability, color, and gloss retention. Bayhydrol® and Bayhydur® products can also enable various gloss levels by resin selection, and exhibit ultra-low odor and VOC (<15g/L). These low viscosity materials are well suited for penetrating sealers over ground or polished concrete. For more information on our Bayhydrol® and Bayhydur® product families, please contact Steven Reinstadtler.

Desmodur® 2873 Desmodur® 2873
Desmodur® 2873 is a new silane-modified aliphatic polyisocyanate that can be used to formulate polyurethane/silane hybrid coatings that offer superb scratch resistance. Its low viscosity provides excellent flow and leveling for exceptional appearance, as well as great weathering resistance in demanding conditions. These high-performance properties make it especially suited for use in the North American automotive market for clearcoats. For more information on Desmodur® 2873, please contact Kathy Allen -
Desmodur® E 30700 Desmodur® E 30700
Previously known as Desmodur® E 2863 XP, Desmodur® E 30700 is a flexible aliphatic hardener that brings functionality, beauty, and durability to exterior concrete balconies and terraces. Polyaspartic systems created with Desmodur® E 30700 can be used as both the waterproofing and top colorcoat in one, have the flexibility to withstand concrete movement, and offer an easy-to-use working time. Additionally, they are light and weather stable and are rain-ready within several hours of being applied. For more information on Desmodur® E 30700, please contact Steven Reinstadtler. -
Desmodur® E 2350 Desmodur® E 2350
Desmodur® E 2350 is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG). Characterized by a very low isocyanate content (3.5%), it may be blended with suitable diluents to formulate one-component moisture-cured sealants. Challenges of logistics, storage, and processing are reduced or eliminated because the prepolymer synthesis reaction has already occurred and the product can be stored at conditions typical of a production facility. Desmodur® E 2350 is recommended for flexible caulk and sealant applications. For more information on Desmodur® E 2350, please contact Cassie Popovski. -
Polyaspartics for Protective Coatings Polyaspartics for Protective Coatings
Polyaspartics and steel are a dynamic duo. Polyaspartic-based protective coatings for steel infrastructure offer a fast return to service, low temperature cure, superior edge retention, and excellent gloss and weathering. Their high build allows for 3 coats down to 2 or DTM, and new formulas allow for <250g/L VOC without the use of exempt solvents. For more information on polyaspartic technologies for protective coatings, please contact Steven Reinstadtler. -
Desmoseal® S 2876 Desmoseal® S 2876
Desmoseal® S 2876 is a silane-terminated polyurethane (STP), combining the advantages of a polyurethane backbone and a silane-based curing mechanism. This hybrid material liberates the formulator to new possibilities by offering low viscosity without added plasticizer. Low color and fast strength development make it a great choice for flooring adhesives. For more information on Desmoseal® S 2876, please contact Cassie Popovski.
